Le portail patient vous permet de recevoir de façon sécuritaire et confidentielle de la correspondance de la part de votre médecin et des autres professionnels de la clinique. Vous aurez accès à :

1. Liste de vos rendez-vous : future et historique
2. Réquisitions de laboratoire et imagerie
3. Documents varia partagés par la clinique
4. Télémédecine visio-conférences

Pour les patients disposant déjà d’un compte, vous pouvez accéder au portail :
